I walked in on a Friday night close to closing time with no appointment and was met with Dino and Ryan who were friendly and patiently checked through my watches before offering me a price for both my watches that was slightly better than another shop. I saw a Carousell post on an Omega that I was interested in, & chatted with the admin who turned out to be Dino. He was very prompt in his replies & arranged an appt for me to view the watch the next day. Upon meeting him he was warm & was very upfront in sharing his thoughts & knowledge on the watch & watches in general. He wasn’t pushy or stuck-up, & made the experience pleasant. Would recommend watch lovers to check out their collection!
I was warmly welcomed by Ryan and Dino as a walk-in, despite not having a prior appointment. They were patient to a fault and I never felt any pressure to make a purchase, although I most certainly did 😁. They were thorough and sincere in their dealings with me and I was made to feel at ease. It is one of the rare occasions that I enjoyed the transaction, which more often than not, is perfunctory. Prices are reasonable and more importantly (to me), negotiable. They are affable, approachable and flexible. Thanks for everything! Keep up the good work.
