To put it short, we offer a 3 months warranty unless the timepiece is on consignment or already covered by an existing agent warranty. Do take note that our movement warranty does not cover perfect power reserve bank expectations or unreasonable timekeeping expecations. Terms and Conditions apply.

We are regulated and licensed by the SPF Secondhand Dealers Goods License and by MLAW. Being situated in Singapore where replica or illegal goods are highly disregarded by the Government, you can be assured that every timepiece is authenticated by us personally and are guaranteed to be authentic.

All goods sold are deem in acceptable condition at point of purchase and sold as is. No refunds are accepted. However we do offer buy back or trade in of watches on a case to case basis.

Yes we do offer buy-back or trade in watches on a case to case basis. Please do check in with us at our store or by Whats App on how we can facilitate the process.

Yes we have served many international clients throughout the years. To purchase with us if you are an international client, kindly drop us a WhatsApp message or through our contact form and we will guide you through the process.

Consigning with us is free, there is no fee. We will simply place a mark up on the price that we recommend you take back based on the current market. The mark up will usually be around 5%-10%.

At no cost, we will provide the services of advertising your watch locally and overseas. Using our wide scope of audiences, we will get more eyes on your timepiece.

• There is a minimum exclusive period which is 30 days from the start of consigning your watch. The full physical set of the watch should be left in store as well.

Once your watch is sold, the buyer will be given 1-2 weeks for an accuracy check depending on whether it is covered by the existing agent warranty or not. Following that, your funds will be transferred to you.

There will be a 300SGD fee imposed, due to our marketing and operation costs.
